How the figures are kept
- Profit and Loss lines come from Xero's own report, a month at a time.
What it does not do
- Money is in the base currency; a foreign-currency invoice is counted but its money is left out.
- Outstanding and overdue balances are recorded daily from the day you connect.

- Sign in with Xero and approve read-only access for your organisation.
- Choose the organisation to report on.
Read-only wherever the provider allows it. Tokens are encrypted at rest and a connection can be revoked at any time.
