How the figures are kept
- Dated figures such as revenue, payments and payouts backfill the full fourteen months.
- MRR, active subscriptions and trials are daily snapshots from the day you connect, because Stripe does not keep what a subscription used to cost. They are shown as missing before that, never rebuilt.
- Churn is stored per window: cancellations divided by subscriptions active when the window opened.
What it does not do
- Net revenue retention is not produced.
- One currency, the account's default.
- Processing fees cover the per-transaction fee only, not Billing or Radar.
- Stripe currently grants read-only connections only on request, so the connection asks for standard access; switching to read-only is planned before launch.
Connecting
- Connect through Stripe's own consent screen. Confluxly never writes to Stripe.
- Nothing else to pick; the account is bound automatically.
Read-only wherever the provider allows it. Tokens are encrypted at rest and a connection can be revoked at any time.
How data is handledOnce connected
- Pulled daily at the hour your workspace chooses, with fourteen months of history where the provider allows.
- Every figure keeps the request and response that produced it.
- Available to every answer, dashboard and deck in the workspace.
