Live. Collected into the store every day.
- Part-built
Reads live per request. Not kept in the store, so no history yet.
Each change here is also an entry on the changelog.
How the figures are kept
- Unique opens include Apple Mail, matching Mailchimp's own report; a second figure leaves Apple Mail out.
- Campaigns from the last 30 days are re-read every morning.
What it does not do
- Daily audience adds and unsubscribes go back 180 days, because Mailchimp keeps no older daily history. Monthly audience figures cover all history.
Connecting
- Sign in with Mailchimp and approve access. The account is connected automatically.
- If you sign in to Mailchimp with Google, connect with an API key from your Mailchimp account instead.
Read-only wherever the provider allows it. Tokens are encrypted at rest and a connection can be revoked at any time.
How data is handledOnce connected
- Pulled daily at the hour your workspace chooses, with fourteen months of history where the provider allows.
- Every figure keeps the request and response that produced it.
- Available to every answer, dashboard and deck in the workspace.
